To ensure a high performance, iRobot has created a replacement vacuum filter for the Roomba or Scooba called the AeroVac Filter. This specialized filter reduces the infiltration of dust, pollen and other allergens from entering the air you breathe, an essential feature for people suffering from allergies.
The filters are easy to see and access, so you can snap them on and off with minimal effort. Regular replacement of the AeroVac filter will maintain Roomba and Scoobas cleaning performance and optimize its capabilities. It is recommended that the filters be replaced every 2 or 3 months. Each purchase of AeroVac filters ships in a pack of 3.
